chaos
The workflow stays focused on real estate production: edit requests, before-and-after review, revision tracking, and clean client handoff without turning the homepage into a generic SaaS dashboard.
- Preference controls stay attached to the current image and the broader job.
- Revision requests inherit context instead of being rebuilt from email threads.
- Delivery feels premium because proofing and approvals live in the same surface.

Client link preparedConnected Tools
The tools your team already runs on
PixelHive connects to the calendar you book shoots in and the storage you deliver from, so a booking becomes a photo job and the finished set lands where your client already looks for it. Every connection is made by you, from the Integrations page, and can be undone there just as quickly.
Google Calendar
Connect the calendar you already book shoots in and PixelHive turns each upcoming event into a photo job, so the schedule your clients see and the work your team picks up stay in step. Change the time, address, or contact on a linked job and the original event is updated to match.
Reads events from the calendars you choose, and updates only events already linked to a PixelHive job. It never creates or deletes events. Disconnecting from the Integrations page ends access immediately.
Dropbox
Link a Dropbox account and every job gets its own folder. Drop the raw set in, and the edited, sequenced photos are delivered back to the same place your clients already know — no second delivery system to keep in sync.
Works inside the PixelHive folder it creates, and nowhere else in your account. Disconnecting revokes the access token with Dropbox straight away.
